Coaching Agreement

This Coaching Agreement is for Coaching Services from People Development Consultants/Nadine Burrowes-Seaga.

The service to be provided is for coaching, which is not advice, therapy, nor counseling and may address specific personal projects, business successes or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. Coaching is a designed alliance that helps bring out the best in the client and helps the client create, live and lead the life they want.

The sponsor appreciates that their role is to support the coaching agreement by paying for the coaching services and ensuring the client is available to participate. The sponsor therefore could be an organization, someone other than the client or the client. The sponsor, (if not the client) should have no expectation of receiving any information from the coach about the client.

The client(s) is/are the person(s) being coached. The client(s) can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client(s) understands that the power of the coaching relationship can only be granted by the client(s) and the client(s) agrees to do just that—have the coaching relationship be powerful.

The coach promises the sponsor and the client(s) that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential as allowed by law. Throughout the working relationship the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations.

Cancellation/Changes of Appointments. Scheduled appointments must be cancelled or changed 24 hrs. prior to the appointment to avoid payment.

Cancellation of Coaching Services. In the event it is desired to cancel further services, the client and coach agree to provide one another with thirty days’ notice.

The Client hereby certifies that he/she does not suffer from any physical or mental disability and has consulted and been approved by their healthcare professional to participate in coaching without risk.

The Client agrees that if there is any change in this representation, the coach will be advised immediately.

The Client agrees in the event of any claim or grievance by him/her against Nadine Burrowes-Seaga/People Development Consultants by sole remedy will be the return of the fees paid.

Nadine Burrowes-Seaga/People Development Consultants is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages beyond the total amount of fees paid by the client.

This initial agreement is for six (6) months. Upon completion of the six months, additional coaching will convert to a three (3) month basis.

The Client understands that this document contains all the information given to him/her by Nadine Burrowes-Seaga/People Development Consultants and all other representations or statements (prior or subsequent, whether oral or written) are superseded by this document.

Your order submission indicates a full understanding of / and agreement with the information outlined above.
